If this occurs, fees paid will be refunded in full, but the Agile Therapies bears no responsibility for any other costs incurred (such as flights, accommodation, travel expenses or loss of income). It is recommended that clients ensure the appropriate contingencies and insurance is in place to mitigate against loss in these circumstances.
Refunds will not be provided to clients who do not cancel their appointment before 24 hours of scheduled appointment or do not attend an appointment.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
