Our vision is to enhance successful participation of children with all abilities in their daily living.

Occupational therapy helps children to do their occupations, namely play and activities of daily living at home and school. It not only boosts their self-esteem but also provides a sense of accomplishment. With Occupational Therapy, children :

  • Develop fine motor skills required for participation in self-care skill such as dressing, shoe lacing, play with toys and develop good handwriting or computer skills.
  • Master basic life skills such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth, and self-feeding.
  • Understand sensory needs and preferences to support positive participation
  • Learn positive behaviors and social skills by practicing how they manage frustration and anger.
  • Use of equipment’s/assistive technologies to help build their independence. These include wheelchairs, bathing equipment, dressing devices, and communication aids.

About Siddhi


Siddhi is the Director and Lead Therapist at Agile Therapies. She is a registered Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and has a strong passion in working with children with diverse learning needs including but not limited to children with Autism, Down Syndrome, Developmental coordination disorder, Cerebral Palsy and learning difficulties. Siddhi has over 17 years of clinical experience and has recently completed her Masters of Education Studies in Supporting diverse learners. The vast practical experience of working with children in home, schools and community settings and knowledge of understanding and supporting children with diverse learning needs supports her intervention plans for individual child’s needs. On a personal note, Siddhi is also a mum of two which brings to her practice, a valuable experience of striving to achieve the best outcomes for the little ones in her life.
